There are silver linings everywhere despite the fact that Q seems to have put on an expert witness at its trial with BRCM who wrote that Q's approach to some video compression stuff was "fundamentally" different than the standard BRCM uses.

AAAARGH!

I'd be having a very bad day if SONS wasn't going a mile a minute as it has recently.
