Jlallen, you can write back and forth with your little buddies all you want and even declare "victory." The truth is, however, that you did imply that you were a combat vet, and even went so far as to imply that you'd been disabled from wounds. You allowed others to confirm those falsehoods and stayed silent, protecting yourself with the refrain that "those who've been there don't like to talk about it."....I reposted the messages to prove it. The reality was unmasked several years back when you let it slip that you'd been an attorney for 18 years. Jeez, too young for Vietnam and not too many wars prior to the mid 1980's, huh? "Oh what a dangerous web we weave, when first we practice to deceive!" Pretending to be a combat veteran demeans the service of those who really did put their lives on the line. Pretending to be a combat veteran for the purpose of offering opinions to influence the views of others is fraud. It's the worst kind of chickenhawk bullshit. And I didn't like it very much. That's why I bring it up sometimes. I like people to know who they're dealing with, especially when you give the ole "ROFL" salute to a post that asks another guy for a blowjob. I hope that's clear.
