Driving in Houston is dangerous in a car, a bike is even worse. No one looks. I have two kids left at home my husband is a pilot. While he never said anything to me about riding when he was out of town, I know it did wear on his mind. I only rode when he was home, still I know he worried. He has a Heritage Classic Softtail which he hasn't been on in almost a year. He starts it up in the garage every couple of weeks but he even said riding around here wasn't safe.

There are places to ride but you have to either trailer it there or take a chance riding through Houston to get there.<g>

I'll get another one some day. My Aunt is 71 and she does Sturgis every year.......there is hope.<g>
