(Or, convince the Pakistani government that we are about to, and they will lose face, therefore induce them to do it themselves....) 'No Government' zones are DANGEROUS breeding zones for terrorists ANYWHERE in the world where they may be. (Although, admittedly, this task is much harder to do NOW because Bush's waffling after 9-11 let the Pak's off of the hook. What would have been much easier to accomplish THEN, is MUCH HARDER now....)
