It's been really warm here. Most winters have been since the mid-90s.
It's raining here today. No snow.
20-30 years ago, there would be about 3 feet on the ground.
People in my area have been seeing frogs hopping around, etc...
All the snowmobile nuts are p.o.'d about the situation.
Most of them barely get to use their machines anymore and
say it's just a waste of bucks to buy a trail pass as they
barely get any use out of it -- sometimes not at all in a winter.
I know a few who have just sold their machines to get their
money out of them as they doubt we'll have normal winters again.

Same time, they've got a drought in southeast Australia
that has been going on for about 12 years.
There are wildfires burning there. I think last tally was
something like a million hectares burned.
52 forest firefighters from B.C. have just gone down to spend some time
trying to help put out fires there.

Guess things are unsettled just about everywhere based on what I'm
hearing from friends in different parts of the world.

However, the anti-global warming crowd are playing away on their violins.
That's fine. Who cares what they think.
