Yes we, the US, starved children to death in Iraq and let them die for lack of medical treatment. That is not terrorism, unless you count that as terrorism on the part of the US. Many countries wanted these sanctions lifted -- we chose to invade Iraq instead. Lifting the sanctions would have stopped the death of these children.
