One of the fonder memories of my younger days in Hoboken was the Maxwell House plant. When the air was heavy, the whole town smelled like coffee brewing.

There are exactly two good things about Philadelphia:

1) Pretzels; and

2) Cheesesteaks.

If it weren't for those two things, the place would have been bulldozed long ago.
