re trills and bills.....one gets the impression that central banks are starting to consider actively investing their reserves to create more return . i believe norway has just adapted this policy. china certainly need fast expert advice on investing in its pensions. Consortiums of Banks have often "taken in hand" investments of soverign countries. china has trillions that need investing and organizing......before it can let the yuan appriciate as much as is necessary against the dollar.
