Fascist neocons siding with extremist Jews is the height of irony, isn't it? When I was growing up in the Midwest and South, the evangelical rightwingers I knew all hated Jews. Though they might have never actually met one. In places like Texas Jews were considered Satanic. It took until the 70's and 80's for them to even be recognized as members of the community, and only then because some of them had a lot of money.
