We need to build a complex in the middle of Alaska or Greenland that we can take our sex offenders, rapists and other hi intensity vermin to. We wouldn't even need walls....if they walk away they'll either freeze or become food...maybe both. I think bears like Frozen dinners. It actually would be kind of funny if we had a guy imprisoned named Swanson

Anyone in this state convicted of aggravated murder and who is not sentenced to death gets life with no parole. They die in prison.

Mitchell Rupe is the most-recent example.
