Ramsey treated me to the local cuisine, in many southern states it would have been considered assault. The stray dogs pass this stuff up, but Ramsey's buddies don't. Along with the trip to Mexico in 2000, where I developed a lifelong allergy to salt water white fish, I would say dining does not work for me in SD.
