We stir up the hornet's nest, break the nest, and leave the angry hornets there to build a new one. Not very bright. But very PC.

That's a very perceptive analogy, LindyBill.

We had a lot of hornets around here last year, and I found one about the size of a grapefruit in an apple tree when I went to prune it. I got hit about six times, running away slapping them off my head. I waited a while for them to settle down, then soaked the nest with hornet spray. After a week or so I went back and destroyed the nest. I got no more hornets out of that tree all summer.

Why is that so hard to apply at the terrorist level? I know it's politically correct as you say, but it's beyond my understanding what the PC crowd hopes to get out of it.

Unless they are part of the terrorist network, in which case it's understandable.
