that briefing paper is very informative, very interesting. with just a cursory reading it presents every argument of the 'pro & con' of nuclear energy. the one thing I looked for, but maybe I overlooked, was the licensing & commissioning of new nuclear power plants. it is my impression (my very mortal moment, not my radioactive moment) that the licensing & commissioning of new power generation facilities is around 10 years...please correct me if I am wrong in this.
I think to successfully play the uranium patch is to focus on the producers & the so- called exploration companies that indicate they are 'near producers' that have access to known & proven reserves.
