Take the crimlaw blinders off, people.

This was the "4G" win for the terrorists. The hard left has sold the concept that they are criminals/POW's. The Admin should have been on this from the start and never allowed it.

Military Tribunal and firing squad for everyone. They should never have been treated as POW type prisoners. Again, no guts on the part of the Admin.

They don't get it. They aren't criminals. These aren't some shmucks picked up for shoplifting at the Seven Eleven. They are waging war. Take the crimlaw blinders off, people.

The Washington State Bar Ass'n asks lawyers to report (voluntarily) their pro bono hours when they file their registration statements. Other states may well do the same.

No doubt some of these lawyers representing Gitmo detainees are reporting their hours as pro bono work and being recognized by the Bar for their "commitment" to public service.

It's a strange world we live in.
