It is time the US fought the war in Iraq and Afghanistan Strictly by the rules of the Geneva Convention. effective immediately the rules of the Geneva convention should be applied to the prisoners in any detainment camp of the United States. Anyone not obeying the rules of Combat and the Geneva conventions should be immediately tried by military court and the appropriate sentence enacted. No Uniform or attacking civilians is a death sentence. Attacking red cross or medics is a death sentence. Shoot them all. There should be no appeals to US Courts as they have no Jurisdiction in a war Zone. So shoot all the prisoners for their violations, and unless they are wearing uniforms, stop taking prisoners. Kill anyone who takes civilian hostages or tries to use civilians as shields. Indict the governments of lebanon, Iran, Syria and palestine for Crimes against Humanity, stop farting around.
