Actually, it's probably good training practice. You may need it when visiting a coastal city on a business meeting, but there is an unexpected storm and tidal surge.

I expect when the world government CO2 emergency reduction team meets to cut air travel by 95%, citizens will be allowed two week vacations at their favorite coastal resorts for necessary swimming practice.

I propose I chair the committee of course.
