Glad to hear that Ken....It's a funny thing, as we get older...Things that seemed so important then, aren't as much now. And vice versa. We tend to appreciate the little things that before we took for granted. ie. yesterday, my hubby actually fixed a crystal ceiling light that had broken wires, so because he had some time (long weekend here at the house because of the weather) fixed all the working pieces of the light, rehung them after it was fixed AND polished....then replaced the dimmer switch as well. Little thing really, BUT VERY appreciated! When either of us are no longer here for the other, it would be my wish that he have some fun like you say you have now. (He could wait a day or two though...<gggg>)
Seriously, no one needs to be lonesome, and most of us wouldn't want our life partner to be either.

We still have lots of snow, lots of cold, and blue sky with sun!

We both do NOT want to remarry

Ken, from this 64-year-old bachelor's viewpoint, you have a great lifestyle. Does sweet Shirley happen to have a single sister of a similar mind maritally.? <g>

Weather update from Houston -- Possible icy weather tomorrow with freezing rain and ice forming on trees and power lines. Makes me happy to be retired.
