No. Blindly doing something without discussing options and carefully weighing the implications is what Bush does. With a great deal of lack of success... That's a tough one for GOPers. They like Bush because he shoots from the hip and they refuse to see how ineffective that style is. After all, they still live in the Old Wild West.....walter mitty types with their fantasies.
