I think the country has already abandoned Bush, and want our troops OUT of Iraq. He's ALREADY the one at fault in their minds, and they aren't going to be persuaded otherwise. If our troops are chopped to bits in Iraq because they don't have funds, it will be BUSH's fault for not listening to the people.. We didn't vote for a SURGE in November!
