Telestone Announces Positive Response from China Mobile on WFDS Field Tests
Monday October 15, 7:30 am ET

BEIJING, Oct. 15 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Telestone Technologies Corporation Ltd. (''Telestone'' or the ''Company'')(Nasdaq: TSTC - News), a leading developer and provider of wireless communication coverage solutions based in the People's Republic of China, today announced that it had received a positive response from China Mobile on additional trails carried out on its WFDS (Wireless Fiber Distribution System) technology.

These trials, which were carried out by China Mobile on TD-SCDMA networks in Xiamen and Beijing during third quarter 2007, covered a comprehensive range of criteria and applied strict testing standards on the WFDS equipment supplied.

The application costs of WFDS were also carefully analyzed and assessed.

China Mobile concluded in its report that: ''WFDS reached and exceeded the performance standards required by TD-SCDMA networks. WFDS also holds an obvious advantage over traditional 2G indoor wireless coverage systems in terms of its system performance, construction costs and practical application.''

Commenting on the result of the trials Mr. Han Daqing, Chairman and CEO of Telestone, said: ''We have always believed that mobile operators would recognize the cost and performance benefits that WFDS offers. These test results are a strong endorsement of this new technology and I hope will lead to its wider adoption by regional mobile operators.''

WFDS is a leading wireless indoor coverage solution for both 3G and 2G networks, and a product of Telestone's 3D technology.

Snip

The R/R doesn't look bad at present levels, since the stock has plenty of room to run.<g>
