Again, the government's theory about pot causing lung damage is proven wrong.

The government's specific theory may or may not have been proven wrong, I'd have to hear or read the theory expressed in very concrete terms to have an opinion. The idea of pot causing lung damage has not been at least not by the data you presented.

I would say that the idea that the typical amount of pot smoke inhaled by a use causes as much damage as the typical amount of cigarette smoke inhaled by a smoker has been shown to be at best very flimsy, and its probably a false idea, perhaps wildly false.
