It seems to be a new right wingnut trend to lower expectations in the era of the chimp Nero. You know, SURE he's not much of a President, but he's not Idi Amin! Harris, being from Arkansas, has always been saved from the ultimate shame of place by Mississippi. So, it's an ingrained habit for the southern chimp supporters.
