philly get two cold days in 30's tue, wed, maybe and then back up to 40's not like the high 50's but not colder weather than normal.. ten day forecast this morning.. nothing about any sub zero weather etc.

now we are talking almost end of jan. only thing holding up prices in these markets must be hedge funds and institutions looking of quick sub zero weather to sell out.

I am looking for cold relative to normal, not relative to the recent weeks of 25% warmer than normal. A few days of highs in the low 20's is nothing to get excited about.
