Arkansas is one of the nation's leaders in biofuels.

That's good news but I wouldn't call Arkansas a leader in this industry. Iowa, Illinois and Minnesota have had ethanol producing plants for several years now and are building more. In fact, they also have a number of gas stations that sell ethanol gas.

Harris, education is key....if you want to be a leader!

Tell me about you yankee's effort to get off of fossil fuels.+
