I would not change the header. one of the problems I see is that you did not wildly ban people who you found irritating, you tossed the people who did not keep within the bounds of the discussion we were having. Allowing anyone with a desire to speak to a subject is surely a fine thing. Some people like to wander around including stuff in order to limit the ability of others to discuss. You determined that a whopping 4 people were not keeping up their part of the conversation. In 19000 posts you banned but 4 people. Already you have lost some people because of your new plan. Since there are other forums, the people you banned have other places to join the discussions where their views or their tactics are welcome. I find that I put people on ignore if I don't like their postings. But I have to admit when there are more than 3 or 4 people on a list that you are ignoring, the value of the thread is lost.

Bush Expands Domestic Spying, But There Are No Known Domestic Terrorist Groups nytimes.com Since we now know that there is no evdience of any real terrorist cells in the US since 9-11, I wonder who's he's spying on? Democratic congressmen? Remember, under Bush's pseudo "I'm above the law" proclamation, only he can define who a "terrorist" is. Could be anyone. Just like Joe McCarthy could call anyone he wanted a "communist" in the 50's, then ruin their life. Anyone he felt threatened by or wanted to pick on. This is fascism.
