Can you tell me where you got the picture and is it Cobalt Ontario? There is an interesting story about a diver and the lake. Someone was taking a generator , or something like that across the frozen lake at Cobalt Ontario in the early 1900's. The ice broke and the machinery went down. The hapless driver of the wagon had to go to Montreal to hire a diver who went down in the lake and attached ropes so they could haul the machinery up. It was a big deal in those days and the picture made the Montreal papers Sorry to bother you, but had to ask
