All Americans have concerns about the internet. But different concerns. Spam is a huge nuisance. I heard the religious right wants porno sites given a new classification so they can ban them all from their computers.

Some people have abused the internet for extremist political causes. The smearvet types who have blanketed the cybersphere with lies about Kerry are particularly repugnant. Or the NRA which has rewritten its history and posted it a thousand times to try and make it fact. Or whoever spreads and spams lies. That's all a concern. But it's free speech, so it's protected.

It's a whole new world legally speaking.

I repeat, Democrats are not hypocrites. At least we try to be as un-hypocritical as possible. Not so with the Bush rightwing which preaches a lot that they don't practice, for instance fighting in combat and being moral, upstanding citizens.
