Wrong. Bush lied saying he would only go to war as a last resort. Kerry also insisted on that when he cast his war powers vote. But Bush went to war as a first resort and send Powell to spread Curveball, Cheney and Chalabi's lies to the UN and the American People. He evenb bullied Tenet into complying. That was a time not long after 9-11 when most Americans were willing to give Bush the benefit of the doubt and trust him. That was a long-long time ago. Bush is now not trusted by the majority of Americans, and plenty of evidence has come out since proving that Bush-Cheney deceived not just us, but the Senate too.
