I spent some time on "The Dukes of Hazzard" set back in the 80s. I struck up a conversation with Uncle Jesse, who was very friendly.

A prop man asked me if this dummy mortar would serve as a substitute for a bazooka round. One guy wanted to know where the Sheriff's shirt was. It was hanging on the chair I was sitting in. The sheriff wore sweat pants and just added the shirt for an in-car sequence with Catherine Bach.

There were about a hundred people in the sound stage for a mickey mouse filming session of driving scenes. About 3 or 4 were extremely busy the whole time; the rest were busy for 30 seconds at a time one at a time, but they had to be there when needed.

For something as complex as 24, it must take several hundred people to keep things straight. The T-shirt thing was pretty sloppy, however. You would think Keifer would object to it.
