At first, it may be hesitant. In the end, it will be favorable, because of Tandberg's potential with some sales force in the US. EU is full of regulatory obstacles, so US product systems will be much easier to build and sell.

ARRS often try the best vendors and pick a partner. Now they have in house technology with Tandberg.

I support it fully. There maybe an escape clause needed if Tandberg try to be cute to have competative bids. then Wgnr is much cheaper with direcTV feeds of their Mpeg4 or EAG with its own 250 channels of Mpeg4/h.264 feeds?
