That is precisely correct, IMO. But it is also true that oil is valuable to everyone, and brings in huge sums to the countries that have it. It is true as well that most of the countries that do have huge amounts of oil also have terrorist-funding leaders who want to destroy Western Civilization.

That's why we have to pay attention to these Ali Baba's....
