If the Islamists and Muslims don't know what time they are supposed to pray after centuries of practice, then they never will.

I'd never known this before, but the times change daily, and they differ by location. I visited the main mosque in Selcuk and had a very pleasant and educational conversation with the imam there (not at all what I would have expected - he was a dapper little guy in a three piece suit; would have looked at home as a maitre'd of a ritzy restaurant). The imams have a daily calendar - such as the kind you can buy with Far Side cartoons - that tells them what their daily prayer times are. Has to do with what time it is in Mecca when the sun rises, or something like that.

Unless ALL Churches/Mosques/Synagogue in the entire US are allowed to have a PA system on their buildings, and are able to broadcast their calls, bells, services on that PA system, then NONE of them should be able to do that.

If Muslims aren't permitted to issue their prayer calls over their PA's, should churches then be prohibited from tolling their bells for Sunday services? I agree with you if you think that the same rules should apply to all.

QUALCOMM has developed MediaFLO [Foward Link Only] transmission for video to cyberphones. I suppose Moslems could have their own channel and Moslems could have a direct view to Mecca and the local mosque and get the latest sermon on how to hack the heads of infidels.

The system is set up now and they should buy access. There is no need for a lot of noise, ringing bells and calling to prayers from minarets.

They can employ their own call on their alarm watches and the rest of us don't have to listen.
