Maybe you do, but most business people, myself included look at demand for their products and service when deciding when to hire and fire people. Right now, my business has more demand than I can find people to staff for. So if taxes increase, it won't help my bottom line, but the fact remains, I'd hire as many qualified people as I could find to service the demand for my services.

If most business people hired and fired based on taxes alone, like you, then they'd be out of business or at least relegated to the small time. Are you small time?
