That as opposed to those marathon copy-and-paste articles lifted from NYT, WP and others.

The problem is that the same old wishful thinking returns. It's the "Las Vegas" argument: Whatever happens in the Middle East stays in the Middle East.

We still buy their oil and support Israel. It's no wonder many people think we can and should cut our oil consumption by 50%, and that some people think we ought to abandon Israel.
