Redback and Ciena are two. In the FTTH space U have Tellabs, Acatel, Motorola, etc. IMO Luminent components primarily sold to OEM's rather than to end users like Verizon.

Tellabs is the name on the Verizon Box in the garage when they install FIOS. Inside the box is the ONT Triplexer.Opitical Network Terminal transceiver necessary for each Verizon fiberoptic line drop.
Luminent or MRV parent is the manufacturer in Taiwan .
Cramer on Mad Money went into this in detail.
There seems to be a contract between MRVC and Verizon /Tellabs to supply millions of these ONT boxes.
I have not found out which other Telcos or Cable systems are going this route using Luminent BPON or GPON.
