A member of my jeep club and a real nice guy owns a liquor store in a bad neighborhood in N. Miami. Its been in his family for like 70 years and since well known to the neighbors has never had any significant problems. Couple years ago 3 armed men came in and held him up. He gave them the money but as they were leaving they pistol whipped his old Grandfather. This infuriated my friend, he grabbed his 9mm pistol and shot all 3 killing two instantly and 1 died few weeks later. He was charged with no crime as here in Fla. we have the right to defend outselves and these people had very violent arrest records. jdn
