Ten, that is a MUCH better idea. Reducing spending absolutely has to be part of any sane fiscal plan. But raising taxes also has to be part of it unfortunately, because let's face it, our leaders don't have the balls to reduce spending on pork for the corporations who got them in office.

So to eliminate our deficit, cutting spending is # 1 and raising taxes is # 2, but not being able to cut spending should not be an excuse for doing nothing.
