Hi Tim!

I am aware that part of the result is from a tax item on the balance sheet. But earnings include non-recurring items, and they are just as correct to report the gain, as they would be obliged to report a non-recurring loss. The company is operating at a profit, and there are other items that are variables which will affect future earnings which have not been discussed, such as the additional $1.5 million in revenues from production that were not realized in the quarter. So my point stands, the earnings from CS were excellent. The growth guidance going forward is also excellent. This stock is dramatically undervalued on a forward PE basis relative to the peer group of smaller copper producers. Look up the numbers for Mercator Copper for example. Capstone should command a premium multiple given the growth profile.

cheers!
