Well we are more prepared for cold around here as -8 is nothing. Now when the air temp hits -25 or so we can start saying it's a bit nippy:) The gals at the Quick Trip this morning actually complimented me on the fact that I had a jacket on for the first time this year. Spring jacket, but jacket none the less. Hope your ok from your fall. That is never good but gets worse with each passing year.

I've just about had my fill of winter. I was JUST thinking the same thing, gazing out the window to 2-4 more inches on top of all that was already here, and on top of the icy roads in the neighborhood. I feel cabin bound, especially because of the very hard drive home last week when the snow started.... He finally did go to work this morning about 11...and hopefully will come home early before it freezes again. After tomorrow, the temps should get back to normal, I hope! I'm SO SORRY to hear of the stair slip you had last night! You will be feeling that, especially the tailbone, for some time....and there's not a heck of a lot anyone can do for that...just let it heal...That probably wipes out skiing for you for the season... Other than that, Mr. Jones....how did you like 24 last night? This one seemed better coordinated....even thinking of a nuke in one (or more) of our cities is more than the mind can get around.... Hopefully, people will come to their senses in real life and get behind the President in this battle. With some of the things I see going on in the House, I don't have a whole lot of hope that that will happen though. Hope you can feel better soon.....
