From their FAQ page, I see that they are:

Yes, it is. The Oxonian Society is incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation in New York and is an exempt organization under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.


501c3's can not participate in politics....if they do, they can lose this tax exempt status....at least that's my understanding.

That includes churches that insist on having Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Al Gore, Bill Clinton preaching politics from the pulpit.
