"I thought you might be able to discuss why throwing a 23 week old unborn child in a garbage can should be alright while throwing a 25 week old unborn child is murder."

I did discuss this with you by pointing out that murder is the wrong term. Then I asked you to study Roe v. Wade so we could discuss this problem at a more rational level. Murder is a capital offense and the only state that may have a statute that can be used to prosecute a doctor who performs an abortion in the third trimester is Texas. Most knowledgeable pro life activists believe that it is highly improbable that the law would be used in that way.

"“I think it's a little bit of a stretch,” said Elizabeth Graham, director of Texas Right To Life. “The legislative intent clearly was not to incarcerate doctors or execute doctors who are performing abortions, illegal or otherwise.”

As long as you insist on presenting your arguments the way you do without studying the rulings and, for example, using Justice Rehnquists dissent or the historical background for abortion as presented in Justice Blackmun's opinion section VI to support your argument with its reference to Plato, Aristotle, Pythagoras and others we will have great difficulty discussing these issues.
