Can't afford it, too expensive these days! But how about this for an investment idea: My rich buddy bought a beachfront property on an archipelago island close to Stockholm and put up a large home and a guest house on that. The size of his property is now 2,200 sqm (1.32 acres) but back in 1867 when it was first sold off same property was only 1,552 sqm! Since 1867 same property has grown by a full 42%! The bad news being that a boat house built in 1867 would now be 3.3 feet higher over water and thus most likely too far up from the shore to serve its original purpose. Taro
