I don't see how its reasonable to disagree. You could think that someone who would use at any point would be likely to have lower job performance, that someone with the internal makeup that would cause them to use (even where it is legal) would be more likely to have the internal makeup to cause them to have lower job performance. I'm not sure I agree, but I can't flat out say your wrong. But I wasn't talking about that, I was talking about the use effecting the performance.
