It was a coalition of the bribed. Apparently, the contract got over and the other nations have realized that no amount of bribe is enough to endure the hellhole that is your Dumbyasshole's Iraq. As for the results, no need to wait. Dumbyasshole will screw up things further. Six months from now, his stupid "surge" will be seen for what it really is - stupid. Of course, another 400+ US soldiers would have died. You don't need to be a genius to predict this. Only a total moron (e.g. you) will expect anything different.
