"You're friend will live on in your heart and that of many others. No one should have to suffer in this life but it sure seems to happen more often then not".

How very true. Cancer is a dreadful disease and the saddest cases are of young children and teenagers. Our motto for our Cancer group is "DIE CANCER DIE". M.D. Anderson has so many trials going on for research and hopefully a cure will be found by one of their researchers in our lifetime. Caught mine at a very early stage and the results were what everyone hopes to achieve if they are diagnosed. What a blessing that was for me.

Yes the young woman that hit him must be suffering immensely for that accident. He was only 28 years old and had a new baby at home. Had been with the city for fourteen months. How sad that baby will never know its Father.

Hopefully our temperature will stay 38 degrees or above and then drivers will not have to worry about slipping and sliding on ice when driving tomorrow. Watched a video tonight of Portland and one car hit fifteen other cars and a light pole in a very short time. Driving on ice must be a total loss of control and a frightening experience.

Glad you are well prepared for your drive in the morning.
