I'd say. Though I'm in midtown Manhattan right now, I live a block from the Capitol in Albany (could listen to the inaugural speech from my window), and the few days I've spent in Albany since he's come to power there's a buzz in the city that I haven't seen before. People are excited, and people whom I know who work in the legislature and the local media have been pretty impressed thus far.
