It is particularly painful to watch that in areas where the labor market is tight, and we are losing business because we can't find people ... The laws need to be enforced universally. It's not as hard as it sounds... a burst of high profile cases and companies will fall in line. I think it's happening on a small scale right now. You may have to pay people a little more, but so will your competition.
