If he's ONLY listening to people when there is clear justification, then how come he's been so reluctant to accept any type of Court Supervision?

I don't think the term "slippery slope" fits any situation more than this one.

Can you belive that given Hillary's history with the FBI files she illegally obtained the Washington Post would use this headline:

Clinton Embarks on High-Tech Listening Tour

It sort of makes the monitoring of criminals phones to uncover Al Qaeda plots seem tame.
