Does anybody know if marijuana is fully legal in any country? Is there a commercial marijuana industry, like our tobacco industry, where marijuana cigarettes are produced and sold at grocery stores?

No more so than I would boot a tobacco smoker. Of course, there are employer health insurance cost considerations for both, but if it were legal, I'd have no other problem with it. Would you? Why?
