Good decision to postpone that trip. I just watched the national weather news and can't believe how severe this winter is so far. Who could imagine snow in Malibu or the beaches at Venice. You folks in Texas are really getting it. My friends in Lubbock don't know how to deal with this stuff. All the way south into Dallas and Houston area. Enough already! It looks like we're out of the woods for a few more days around here, other than darn cold. We've had almost NO melt from the last two storms. It's just piled several feet deep. I noticed some cars parked at the curb this morning won't get out until spring, they're so deeply buried.
